Live, guided training for non-technical professionals. You build tools for your own work with Claude Code, coached on the spot by the people who build it for clients.
From the team behind MidwestCon: 741 people from 347 organizations in 2025.
Where you are
You already pay for AI.
The subscriptions renew every month. Your team has ChatGPT. And the way you work hasn't changed: the quotes, the reports, the intake, the follow-ups still get done by hand.
Meanwhile, somebody in your field already builds their own tools, with an AI coding agent and a coach at their shoulder. What separates you from them is a few guided sessions.

the productivity gain Anthropic's own teams report from working with Claude
From Anthropic's published research: a study of 100,000 conversations (November 2025) and its internal-use survey (December 2025).
Here's what that looks like.
What you leave with
You leave with tools you built yourself.
By the end, whether you join live or virtual, you will have:
-
A working tool for your own job. One that writes your quotes, builds your reports, or cleans your donor list.
-
Claude Code on your own computer, set up and tuned to the way you already work.
-
Your AI Maturity Scorecard, so you can see what your team already does well with AI, and what to build next.
-
A 30-day implementation roadmap, the plan for getting what you built into daily use.
-
An instructor who sees your screen, so you're never stuck alone with an error message.
-
The skill to build the next one without us. The tool you take home is the receipt. The skill is the product.
Your work is the curriculum.
You bring the task that eats your week: the quotes, the campaign report, the grant paperwork, the intake queue. In class, that task becomes the thing you build.
- Marketing a tool that builds campaign reports from your templates
- Consulting a tool that drafts proposals with your frameworks
- Small business a tool that writes quotes for your services
- Nonprofit a tool that assembles grant reports
- Government a tool that routes intake to the right desk
- Education a grading tool that uses your rubric
Same class, different tool, because the tool comes from your job. And that's why it sticks: a demo app is forgotten by Friday. The tool that saves you an hour every Monday gets opened every Monday.

Who it's for
Built for the people the tech industry overlooks.
If one of these sounds like your week, this was built for you.
01
Small-business owners
Every quote, invoice chase, and follow-up still runs through you. The AI subscriptions you tried didn't change that; they added another monthly charge.
You build: A tool that writes your quotes and gives you your evenings back.
02
Marketers & agencies
Clients expect AI-built work at AI speed, and question every retainer. Meanwhile the reporting deck still eats your Friday afternoon.
You build: A tool that builds campaign reports from your own templates.
03
Consultants
Clients keep asking what you do with AI, and a slide about it convinces nobody anymore. They want to see something you built.
You build: A tool that drafts proposals with your frameworks. A better answer than any slide.
04
Nonprofit & public-sector teams
The grant reports and intake queues keep growing while headcount doesn't. Every fix waits on procurement, IT, or a developer there's no budget for.
You build: Tools you built yourselves that route intake and draft the grant reports.
05
Educators
AI landed in your classroom before anyone trained you on it, and every vendor fix is another platform that doesn't fit how you teach.
You build: A grading tool that uses your rubric and hands back your planning day.
06
Creators
The admin eats the evenings that should go to the craft, while clients and bosses push AI at you from every side.
You build: A back office you built that runs itself. The art stays 100% yours.
Your instructors
Taught by people who build this for clients.
The rest of the week, these five build AI for companies. In class, they coach you while you build your own. Every name here is one you can look up.
Questions
Common questions.
I'm not technical. Will I keep up?
Yes. The classes exist for people without an engineering background. Sessions are live and guided: you give Claude Code instructions in plain English, and an instructor walks each step with you. If you can write a clear email, you can do this.
Isn't Claude Code a developer tool?
It started as one, and developers still use it every day. Non-developers use it to build the tools around their work: intake forms, report tools, small automations. You describe what you want, it writes the code, and your instructor keeps you on track.
I've bought courses I never finished. How is this different?
This is live and scheduled, with a small group and an instructor who expects you to show up. You build during the session, on work from your own job. The structure does the finishing that willpower usually has to.
What does it cost, and when does it start?
Neither is announced yet. Dates and pricing go to the waitlist first. The budget question on the form points you to the right first step today: the course, or MidwestCon, Disruption Now's live conference.
What does joining the waitlist commit me to?
Nothing. No payment and no obligation. You get a confirmation email, then updates when dates, pricing, and enrollment open. Your answers also help decide which industries and class topics run first.
Still here? Good.
Ready to build the thing yourself?
We help good people do more with AI. Join the waitlist and you hear first when dates and pricing are set. Your answers shape which classes run first. Joining is free and commits you to nothing.
Takes about a minute. We only email you about the course.
